Hey guys! Big Linux gaming news. FORTNITE ON LINUX Epic confirmed Fortnite is coming to Linux, using a new Easy Anti-Cheat that doesn't need a kernel driver. The catch: it reportedly needs Secure Boot, TPM 2.0 and signed kernels. No release date yet, and no Steam Deck support at first. WINE 11.20 More ARM64EC work, better XML validation and CD-ROM changes. STEAM SURVEY Linux was at 3.05% in September, down from its 2026 peak of 5.33% in March. October's figures come out soon. WHAT DO YOU THINK? • Is anti-cheat that needs Secure Boot acceptable on Linux? • Will Fortnite boost Linux in the Steam survey? • What are you playing on Linux right now?
