PSA CHANGES (29 OCTOBER)
• The Value tier is back at $39.99, with a 90–100 business day turnaround.
• Standard is cut to 70–80 business days.
• Priority is cut to 50–60 business days.
PSA's backlog is reportedly 7.2 million cards, so those times may still slip.
