Safety is part of the rules
• Keep thermal runaway protection enabled. Never disable it to make an upgrade work.
• Use wiring and connectors rated for the current, especially for heated beds, and secure cables so they do not fatigue and break.
• Unplug the printer before working on the electronics. The power supply's mains terminals must be handled by someone qualified, and never while plugged in.
• Enclosures trap heat, so keep electronics cool and ventilate or filter when printing ABS or ASA.
• Watch a modified printer closely before trusting it with long prints.
Board rules
• Respect design licences: no reuploading paid or non-commercial upgrade designs.
• No selling parts and no paid services.
• Nothing piracy-friendly and no malware.
