Welcome to the Roblox board.
This is the place to talk about Roblox experiences, share what you are building in Roblox Studio and find friendly people to play with. Obbies, tycoons, horror games, roleplay, simulators and competitive experiences are all welcome.
What belongs here
• Recommendations and discussion of experiences.
• Roblox Studio: building, scripting in Luau, UI design and publishing your first game.
• Showcases of experiences you have made.
• Avatar ideas and update news.
• Finding people to play Roblox with, following the safety rules below.
What goes elsewhere
• Other browser games: Browser & web games.
• Finding people for non-Roblox games: Looking for group.
• Speedrunning an obby: Speedrunning & challenges.
The Roblox rules
• No scams. That includes fake giveaways, fake trades, phishing links and anything that asks for someone's login.
• No free Robux. Free Robux generators, surveys and sites are always scams. Robux only come from Roblox itself, official gift cards and Roblox's own programmes.
• No account trading, selling, sharing or buying, and no selling limiteds or items for real money.
• No exploits, executors, script hubs or cheats. They break Roblox's rules, can get your account banned and are a common way to spread malware.
• No condo or adult experiences, and nothing that is not suitable for younger players.
Staying safe
• Never share your password, the email on your account or any security codes. Roblox staff will never ask you for them on another site.
• Turn on two-step verification on your Roblox account.
• Keep personal details private: no real names, ages, schools, addresses, photos or phone numbers.
• If someone asks you to move to another app, keep secrets or meet up, stop talking to them and use Report. Younger members should tell a trusted adult too.
• Never arrange real-life meet-ups with anyone you met online.
Tips for Studio beginners
Start small: a short obby teaches you parts, checkpoints and simple scripts. Use Roblox's official documentation and the Toolbox carefully, as free models can sometimes contain hidden malicious scripts. Check any script you did not write before you publish.
The usual bits
The general house rules apply: be kind, English only (other languages are translated automatically), no spam, no keyboard mashing and no self-promotion spam. Use Report on anything that breaks the rules. This thread is locked, so start your own thread to chat or ask for help.
