Welcome to Help & troubleshooting for Android. If your phone, tablet or app is misbehaving, this is the place. Crashes, battery drain, apps that will not install, storage filling up, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi trouble, failed updates or a device stuck at the logo: post it here and someone will try to help. What goes elsewhere • General chat and buying advice: General discussion. • Problems caused by flashing or rooting are fine here, but ROM-specific questions often get faster answers in Custom ROMs & root. • TV box issues: Android TV & streaming boxes. How to ask so people can help Please copy this into your post and fill it in: 1. Device: exact model and model number (found in Settings, About phone). 2. Android version and, if you know it, the security patch date. Stock, custom ROM or rooted? 3. What you were doing when the problem started. 4. What you have already tried. 5. The exact error message, typed out word for word or as a screenshot. 6. Logs if you have them, with personal information removed. A title such as 'Pixel keeps rebooting after update' is far more likely to get answers than 'help!!!'. Before you post, try the basics • Restart the device. • Check for app and system updates. • Clear the app's cache, then its data if needed (clearing data resets the app). • Boot into safe mode to see whether a third-party app is to blame. • If you are considering a factory reset, back up first. A reset erases everything on the device. Keep yourself safe • Never post your IMEI, serial number, passwords, recovery codes or account details. • Blur names, numbers and emails in screenshots. • Be wary of anyone who asks you to install remote access tools or contacts you privately offering a paid fix. Rules We only help with devices that are yours. No FRP, Google account, carrier lock or screen lock bypasses for devices you do not own, and you may be asked how you got the device. No cracked apps and no paid repair services. The general KZE rules apply: be kind, English only (posts in other languages are translated automatically), no spam, no keyboard mashing and no self-promotion spam. Use Report on anything that breaks the rules. This thread is locked, so start a new thread with your question. Dexter
