How to ask so people can help
Please include:
1. Your exact model and, if relevant, colour or revision (for example Retroid Pocket 5 or Retroid Pocket Mini)
2. Your Android and Retroid firmware version
3. The frontend and emulator you're using, with version numbers
4. What you were trying to do and what happened instead
5. Any error message, copied exactly, or a photo of the screen
6. What you've already tried
A title like RP5: DuckStation crashes on launch after update gets far quicker answers than Help please.
Things to try first
• Restart the device fully, not just from sleep.
• Check for a firmware update and an emulator update.
• Try a different game to see whether the problem is one game or the whole emulator.
• Check the emulator has storage permission and is pointing at the right folders.
• Put the SD card in a computer and check it's readable. Failing or fake cards cause all sorts of odd problems.
• If a recent change caused it, undo that change first.
When you've solved it
Post what fixed it and edit the title to start with Solved. The next person with the same problem will thank you.

We can't help with pirated games, and we don't share or link ROMs, ISOs, BIOS files, firmware dumps or keys. Missing BIOS? Dump it from your own console. Never run unknown APKs or scripts someone sends you privately. No selling or paid repair services.
