How to ask so people can help
Copy this into your post and fill it in:
1. Windows version, edition and build (run winver to see it).
2. Computer model, or the main parts if it is a custom build.
3. What you were doing when the problem started, such as an update, a new driver or a new app.
4. What you have already tried.
5. The exact error message or stop code, typed out or as a screenshot.
6. Anything relevant from Event Viewer or Reliability Monitor.
Things worth trying first
• Restart properly (Restart, not Shut down, as Fast Startup can keep problems around).
• Check Windows Update and update drivers from the manufacturer.
• Run sfc /scannow and DISM in an administrator terminal to check system files.
• Test in Safe Mode to rule out third-party software.
• Back up your files before resetting or reinstalling.
Keep yourself safe
• Never post product keys, BitLocker recovery keys, passwords or serial numbers.
• Remove usernames and personal details from screenshots and logs if you prefer.
• Never let a stranger connect to your PC with remote access software. Real support will not contact you out of the blue.
• Be cautious of 'fix-it' tools you have never heard of.
When it is solved
Please post what fixed it so others can find the answer.
