Hey guys! This board is for giving old tech a second life.
KINDLE JAILBREAKING
WinterBreak works on Kindle firmware below 5.18.1, and there are newer methods for some models. The Kindle Scribe 3rd gen and Scribe Colorsoft have no public jailbreak yet.
KEYBOARD PHONES ARE BACK
Zinwa turned a BlackBerry Classic into an Android 13 phone, and Clicks and Unihertz make keyboard phones too. There's also a community keeping Windows Phone 8.1 alive with an alternative app store.
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
• Do you block Kindle updates to keep your jailbreak?
• Would you daily-drive a phone with a physical keyboard?
• What's the oldest device you still use?
