Welcome to Help & troubleshooting in the Miyoo & TrimUI forum. If your Miyoo or TrimUI device won't boot, a game won't run, the buttons misbehave or a firmware update went sideways, ask here and someone will help you out. What belongs here • Devices that won't boot, show a black screen or get stuck on a logo • Games or emulators that crash, run slowly or won't launch • SD card problems: cards not detected, missing games or lost saves • Buttons, battery, charging, Wi-Fi and screen issues • Problems on stock firmware or after installing custom firmware What doesn't • Choosing and comparing firmware goes in Custom firmware • General chat goes in General discussion How to ask so people can help Please include: 1. Your exact model and revision (for example Miyoo Mini Plus, Miyoo Flip or TrimUI Brick) 2. Your firmware and its version, or stock 3. The emulator or core you're using, if relevant 4. What you were doing, and anything you changed recently 5. Any error text, copied exactly, or a photo of the screen 6. What you've already tried A title like Miyoo Mini Plus: saves missing after Onion update gets much better answers than Help. Things to try first • Power off fully and on again. • Charge for a while with a known-good cable and charger. • Check the SD card in a computer. The cards supplied with budget handhelds fail often, and a reputable replacement solves a lot of problems. • Check the card is formatted the way your firmware expects. • Re-install the firmware on a fresh card, following the project's own instructions, then copy your saves back. • Try a different game or core to narrow things down. When it's fixed Post what worked and edit your title to start with Solved, so the next person can find it. Legal and safety We can't help with pirated games or pre-loaded cards, and we won't share or link ROMs, BIOS files, firmware dumps or keys. Dump your own BIOS. Don't run files from strangers. No selling or paid repair services. House rules Be kind and patient, English only (other languages are translated automatically), no spam, no keyboard mashing and no self-promotion spam. Report anything that breaks the rules. This thread is locked, so start a new thread with the details above. Dexter
