What makes a good project post
1. Photos of the build, inside and out
2. What it does and why you made it
3. A parts list: board model, storage, power supply, case, HATs and anything else
4. The operating system and main software you used
5. Wiring diagrams for anything connected to GPIO
6. Scripts or configuration, with passwords, keys and personal addresses removed
7. What you would do differently next time
Credit and licences
Credit the guides, scripts and case designs you built on. Share only files you have the right to share, and never reupload paid or non-commercial designs.
Safety notes
• Battery-powered builds need cells with proper protection and charging circuits. Never puncture a cell, charge on a non-flammable surface and retire anything swollen.
• Anything that switches mains must be wired and enclosed by a qualified person.
• Give the board airflow; a sealed box gets hot.
• If your project is reachable from the internet, keep it updated and lock it down.
Board rules
• Retro gaming builds are welcome, but do not show or share ROMs, BIOS files or anything piracy-friendly.
• No malware, and no selling builds or offering paid services.
