PC emulation this week: shadPS4 0.21, RPCS3 at 80% and the first Switch 2 builds

Hey guys! Loads happening in PC emulation. SHADPS4 0.21.0 The PS4 emulator released 0.21.0 on 30 October: USB storage and music player emulation, add-on content loading, a rewritten np_auth and more speed work. The previous version added online play. RPCS3 80% of the PS3 library is now "Playable". SWITCH 2 Eden-NX2, an experimental build, boots Mario Kart World and Donkey Kong Bananza, but it's rough and needs a strong PC. More in the Switch section.
