Hey there Ken, first of all welcome to the community. I'm happy you've tried out PSP Tube, sorry you're getting this issue, I've also noticed a few people are getting the same issue. Upon doing a google search this is what I got for your OS. "6.61 LME-2.3 is a light custom firmware (LCFW) for the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP), developed as a port of the 6.60 LME version to official firmware 6.61 by Rahim-US." PSPTube was tested on the Ark4 Custom OS for the PSP, it has not been tested on the 6.61 LME-2.3 so my only recommendation right now is to use Ark4 or Ark5 if you wish to try PSPTube, eventually once I get the time I'll see if I can install 6.61 LME-2.3 and work on getting it fixed for that but for now there's no plans. Also I noticed its a port of the 6.60 which is an older firmware, to run PSPTube it must be 6.61 if the port is genuinely a 6.60 that's where your issue lies. If you're still recieving issues I'd recommend you see if your OS is up to date, your time, date and timezone is also set correct. Any other issues let us know. :)

Thanks! Your guide is really useful. Although I couldn't get ARK-4 to work (idk why tho 😅), I switched to PRO-C after seeing a comment saying that it worked, and now I can finally watch YouTube videos whenever I want by switching to PRO-C! Thank you so much!!
